Job summary

Fresh Clinics is building the FP&A function in Sydney to support rapid growth in Australia and the US. You’ll own planning, forecasting, and management reporting, translating operational drivers into financial outcomes and guiding capital decisions.

This role blends strategic finance with hands-on modelling and tooling improvement. We value a data-driven mindset, collaboration with cross-functional leaders, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A and strategic finance experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build or improve budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Ability to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range financial model, annual plan, and rolling forecasts.
• Model scenarios and sensitivities to inform executive tradeoffs.
• Own cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Oversee monthly performance reporting with drivers, risks and actions.
• Partner with functions to link ops drivers to financial outcomes.
• Support investor engagement and Board reporting materials.
• Continuously improve FP&A tooling, data models, and automation.
