Job summary

Fresh Clinics is building the operational and compliance infrastructure that lets nurses and doctors launch and run leading cosmetic injectable clinics — underpinned by a world‑class software platform, medical compliance support and a fantastic community.

You'll own the FP&A function end to end, while building the planning, reporting and decision support capabilities of Fresh Clinics for its next stage of growth.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A and strategic finance experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability, with the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
• You combine strategic thinking with a bias for action and build trust through curiosity and follow-through.
• Experience embracing AI and building/improving systems, processes and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range financial model, annual operating plan, and rolling forecasts, translating company strategy into clear financial targets and investment guardrails.
• Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to inform executive tradeoffs across growth, profitability, and capital efficiency.
• Own cash flow and working capital forecasting and support capital management, ensuring financial flexibility while enabling growth.
• Own the monthly performance and management reporting cycle, providing insights into performance versus plan, drivers, risks and actions.
• Partner with functional leaders to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes and accountability for performance against plan.
• Support Investor engagement and Board communications with high-quality materials synthesizing performance, risks, opportunities, and outlook.
• Own and continuously improve FP&A tooling, reporting architecture and financial data models, leveraging automation and AI to improve speed and accuracy.
