Benevolent, Australia’s historic charity, seeks a Finance Business Partner to shape the financial future of a dynamic not-for-profit. You will develop forecasting models, enhance management reporting, and deliver insightful dashboards to enable smarter decision-making across the organisation.

You will support the CFO and finance partners with data-driven analysis, KPI reporting, and strategic finance initiatives, while benefiting from a flexible hybrid work arrangement and strong organisational

Qualifications

Qualified CA/CPA with demonstrated experience in management accounting, financial analysis, and business partnering within a complex operational environment.
Advanced skills in financial modelling, Power BI dashboard building and reporting, experience with ERP implementation. Microsoft D365 experience is desirable but not essential.
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Develop robust forecasting models and improve management reporting capability.
Deliver insightful executive dashboards and data-driven analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Build KPI reports and dashboards using Power BI in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Support CFO and Finance Business Partnering team with finance projects and external benchmarking.
