Knorr-Bremse in Sydney seeks an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the Rail Vehicle Systems business. You will partner with senior leaders to explain performance, challenge assumptions and influence commercial decisions.

The role combines deep financial analysis with business involvement, covering sales, costs, capex, project performance and planning. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial modelling.
• Experience analysing business performance to support commercial decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for Rail Vehicle Systems business.
• Manage month-end and year-end reporting.
• Analyse sales, costs, headcount, capex and KPIs.
• Challenge assumptions with business leaders and explain variances.
• Support strategy with financial modelling and commercial analysis.
• Provide project financial planning, costing and performance tracking.
• Improve financial reporting and insights using Power BI and other tools.
