The Acquire Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst for its FMCG practice in Australia. This role partners with Marketing, Innovation, Revenue Growth Management and Commercial teams across APAC to influence brand investments and go-to-market decisions.

You will manage NPD P&Ls, run forecasts, and deliver P&L commentary with actionable insights. Experience in FMCG and strong Excel/financial modelling skills are essential.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or similar.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial analysis or a similar analytical role.
• FMCG/Consumer knowledge highly advantageous.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• The ability to turn data into clear insights.
• Confidence working with non-finance stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Be a key finance partner to Marketing, Innovation, Revenue Growth Management and Commercial teams across APAC.
• Maintain NPD P&Ls and models; prepare analysis for decision gates and post-launch reviews.
• Run the monthly forecast, month-end process and ROI analysis for brand investment.
• Provide Brand P&L reporting with commentary on variances, risks and opportunities.
• Support Budget, Strategic Planning and Brand Planning activities.
• Collaborate with Brand, Shopper, Category and RGM teams; contribute to finance capability workshops.
• Drive process improvements and enhance insights across Consumer Finance.
