SPC Global Group is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. You will prepare rolling forecasts, consolidate inputs, and deliver insightful financial analysis to guide operational and commercial decisions.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller – Corporate Finance & FP&A, you will maintain forecasting models, perform variance analysis, and contribute to automated reporting and Integrated Business Planning with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ relevant finance experience, including FP&A, management reporting or commercial finance.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities.
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or complex operational environments is highly regarded.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capability; proficient Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the preparation and coordination of the Group's annual budget.
• Prepare and update monthly rolling forecasts and Latest Estimates.
• Support quarterly reforecast processes, including consolidation of divisional inputs.
• Monitor consistency of planning assumptions across divisions and follow up on variances.
• Analyse forecast movements and ensure forecasts reflect performance and initiatives.
• Prepare monthly management reporting for review by the Group Financial Controller.
• Identify variances, trends and risks and raise matters for investigation.
• Assist with the Integrated Business Planning process and align financial forecasts with demand/supply planning.
• Maintain and update financial reporting models and pursue reporting automation.
