Job summary

Asuria in Australia is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with senior leaders and lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across multiple business units.

You will design KPIs, deliver actionable insights, and drive cost optimisation and revenue opportunities while maintaining robust financial modelling and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles.
  • Demonstrated business partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple units.
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Design, develop, and refine performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Drive performance management by delivering actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead review sessions with business leaders to assess performance and identify trends or opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end management reporting processes for assigned business units
  • Consolidate and interpret results across business units, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast processes
  • Identify and quantify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimisation, and process improvement.
Who are you?

We are looking for you to bring experience such as:

  • CPA/CA Qualified (or equivalent) with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience.
  • Well-developed experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles
  • Demonstrated success in business partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Proven track record of driving performance improvement through data and insight.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficient in reporting and visualisation tools
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
