Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume hotel F&B operation.
• Experience as F&B Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Natural people leader who can engage teams and lead through change.
• Strong focus on guest experience and delivering memorable hospitality.
• Commercially minded with labour, costs and budgets management.
• Confident balancing strategic planning with hands-on operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and innovative mindset to turn ideas into outcomes.
• Experience coaching and developing emerging leaders.
• Rotating roster availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• RSA certification and full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operation of restaurant, bar, café and in-room dining services.
• Championing exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
• Supporting development and implementation of new F&B concepts and promotions.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
• Driving team engagement through coaching, mentoring, training and feedback.
• Recruiting, developing and retaining hospitality professionals.
• Working with the kitchen team to deliver seamless dining experiences.
• Managing labour costs, rosters and productivity to meet objectives.
• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue, improve efficiency and performance.
• Monitoring guest feedback and translating insights into improvements.
• Maintaining compliance with policies, WHS and sustainability commitments.
• Utilising systems including HumanForce, Micros and Purchase Plus.
