Job summary

Westgold is seeking a Senior Fixed Plant Maintenance Leader to drive asset availability and reliability across our northern sites. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and the execution of maintenance strategies while leading a high‑performing team.

The role requires extensive mining maintenance experience and strong stakeholder engagement. You will develop asset management strategies, guide capital projects, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with site leaders to optimise

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior fixed plant maintenance leadership role.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering and/or relevant trade qualification.
• Strong background in maintenance delivery, planning, reliability, engineering, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop fixed plant maintenance teams across Westgold operations.
• Deliver asset availability, reliability, and maintenance performance targets.
• Oversee shutdown strategies and execution across Westgold sites.
• Drive continuous improvement and asset reliability initiatives.
• Manage maintenance planning, budgeting, and cost control processes.
• Oversee the delivery of maintenance and capital projects.
• Develop and implement fixed plant asset management strategies.
• Lead capital planning and investment approval processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company requirements.
