Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior/Principal Fire Protection Engineer to support delivery of major projects within buildings design. You will deliver wet and dry fire systems, coordinate with other disciplines, and lead components of projects through all phases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience delivering wet and dry fire design projects across infrastructure, commercial, health, education and retail sectors.
• Revit modelling experience for wet and dry fire systems is highly desirable.
• Qualifications to certify fire protection designs such as professional engineering registration, CPEng, RPEQ or FPAS accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and sign-off of wet and dry fire systems on major building projects.
• Work on new builds, redevelopment and upgrades of existing buildings.
• Manage resources, prepare analyses and designs, and ensure design integrity across disciplines.
• Seek new opportunities by building relationships with clients and contractors.
• Develop an understanding of the client's business to foster relationships and credibility.
• Provide direction to project teams and address technical, commercial risk and value design options.
