Job summary

Accor is seeking a Senior Section Waiter to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a premium, fine dining setting. You will manage your own section of up to eight tables, guiding guests through the menu and pairing recommendations.

You will collaborate closely with kitchen, bar and host teams, maintain presentation standards, and uphold RSA compliance while working evenings, weekends and public holidays in a dynamic NSW venue.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in premium or fine dining restaurants.
• RSA certification (or equivalent).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own section of up to 8 tables (≈20 guests) delivering attentive service.
• Guide guests through menu, recommend items and pairings.
• Maintain exceptional presentation standards and timing with kitchen, bar and host teams.
• Build knowledge of menu, ingredients, and beverage pairings.
