Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst in Financial Crime Governance & Reporting to uplift reporting quality and risk insights across multiple markets in Australia. You will translate complex data into actionable intelligence for senior leaders, contribute to the MI framework, and collaborate with the Financial Crime and Operations teams to ensure accurate, timely risk reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial crime risk management within financial services.
• Experience preparing executive-level risk reporting and MI.
• Solid understanding of financial crime governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and delivery of financial crime risk reporting to senior management and board committees.
• Help develop and maintain the financial crime MI framework with metrics, dashboards and KRIs.
• Analyze financial crime data to identify trends, risks and control issues for proactive risk management.
• Collaborate with Financial Crime Leadership and Operations to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support governance mechanisms and secretariat activities for internal and external meetings.
