HammondCare is seeking a CA-qualified Financial Controller to lead the Financial Control team in St Leonards, NSW. You will oversee group-level financial accounting, reporting, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the organization.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage a team of professionals, and drive improvements in financial processes and governance. The role offers hybrid work options within a Not-for-Profit context focused on aged care services.

Qualifications

• CA qualified with Big 4 background.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Financial Controller in a business of at least $300M revenue.
• Strong financial and commercial modelling and analysis skills.
• Strong financial and business partnering skills.
• Experience leading and developing a finance team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee month-end close, ensure accuracy of financial statements and intercompany reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory accounts and external reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Develop internal controls and policies to strengthen financial governance.
• Mentor and develop the Financial Control team.
