Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Finance Manager in St Leonards, NSW, with hybrid working options. You will lead the financial management for the Residential Care unit, driving month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, while partnering with operations and clinical teams.

You will oversee governance and regulatory reporting, coordinate with auditors, manage the revenue cycle, and drive process improvements to support strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA qualification.
• Experience with financial and management accounting in not-for-profit sector is beneficial.
• Solid understanding of regulatory reporting and benchmarking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end financials and statutory reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for Residential Care.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders for audits and control improvements.
• Support revenue/billing processes and assist in cash and debt management.
