You’ll start alongside experienced advisers and gradually manage a book of clients with investable assets up to $15 million.

The role offers mentoring from senior advisers, a clear path to equity, training, and more client time with less admin thanks to technology, in a high-performance team environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in financial planning required.
• Experience with clients holding $3–$20 million in investable assets is advantageous.
• Degree qualified and registered on the ASIC Financial Advisers Register.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, team player with openness to new technology.

Aufgaben

• Manage and service a book of high net worth clients.
• Provide holistic advice with a focus on intergenerational wealth transfer.
• Work with families to help them build and protect a legacy.
• Run client meetings and build trust with clients at all levels of wealth.
• Ask the right questions, challenge clients where needed and stand behind your advice.
• Work closely with the advice team and pitch in where the business needs.
