Qualifications

• Experience as Associate Adviser or similar in wealth management or financial advice.
• Progress toward PY to become a fully qualified adviser.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with HNW clients.
• Qualifications in financial planning, finance or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisers in managing and developing relationships with HNW clients.
• Attend client meetings, prepare advice recommendations and contribute to strategic financial discussions.
• Assist in development and implementation of tailored investment and wealth management strategies.
• Prepare and review advice documentation, financial modelling and portfolio recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience.
• Build technical expertise across a diverse range of investment products and financial solutions.

The Role

This is a highly client-facing opportunity requiring someone who is confident, polished and comfortable building relationships with affluent individuals and families.

You will gain broad exposure across investment portfolios, superannuation, retirement planning, insurance and complex wealth strategies, while taking an active role in the end-to-end advice process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Senior Advisers in managing and developing relationships with HNW clients.
• Attending client meetings, preparing advice recommendations and contributing to strategic financial discussions.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of tailored investment and wealth management strategies.
• Preparing and reviewing advice documentation, financial modelling and portfolio recommendations.

About You

• Previous experience in an Associate Adviser or similar role within wealth management or financial advice.
• Looking to complete your PY and progress to a fully qualified advisor
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with HNW clients, demonstrating professionalism, discretion and commercial awareness.
• Relevant qualifications in financial planning, finance or a related discipline.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ambition to progress within a growing business.
