Job summary

DLL is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support Finance Transformation over a 12-month FTC, enhancing reporting, streamlining processes and delivering robust data analysis across the finance function in Sydney, NSW.

You will partner with finance leadership, business stakeholders and the PMO to develop business cases, perform financial analysis, and provide data-led insights to support decision-making, budgeting and month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Transformation or business partnering experience.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel modelling and Power BI skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Ability to manage time, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Finance/Accounting/Economics degree.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive Finance Transformation improvements and automation.
• Develop finance reporting, dashboards and metrics.
• Act as Finance Data Steward across systems and processes.
• Support PMO with financial analysis and business cases.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting.
• Monitor portfolio performance and key drivers.
• Support month-end reporting and management commentary.
