Job summary

DLL Group is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support a 12-month Finance Transformation. You will enhance reporting, streamline processes and deliver robust data analysis in collaboration with finance leadership and the PMO.

The role focuses on building dashboards and control standards while enabling data-driven decision making across the finance function. You will partner with stakeholders, drive automation, support budgeting/forecasting and contribute to business cases.

Qualifications

• Transformation or business partnering experience.
• Strong communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Advanced modelling in Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Ability to analyze large datasets to drive decisions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good time management and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Experience reporting to a global organisation; understanding global reporting demands.
• Experience in banking/finance, preferably leasing.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Transformation initiatives and improve reporting.
• Develop and enhance data governance and analytics capabilities.
• Assist PMO with project support, business cases and financial analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end activities.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide data-driven insights.
