Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Senior Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with senior stakeholders to influence key business decisions and drive sustainable growth. You will manage portfolio profitability, develop commercial models, and present business cases to the General Manager of Operations.

You will establish strong relationships with clients and drive standardised service offerings, continuous profit improvement, and governance across sites.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar senior finance role.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and administration, including Australian standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust commercial models for tenders and contract retentions.
• Lead bid development processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare pricing, variations, and memos for senior leadership approval.
