Sodexo is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Melbourne Support Centre in the CBD on a permanent, full-time basis. You will provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and drive sustainable growth.

You will lead profitability analysis for client portfolios, develop robust commercial models, and present business cases to senior leaders, while embedding a customer-centric culture and driving continuous profit

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with at least 5 years in a senior finance role.
• Strong analytical, commercial and modelling capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proven experience building commercial models and evaluating business cases.
• Experience in contract negotiation and administration against Australian standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop robust commercial models for new tenders and contract retentions.
• Lead multiple bid development processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare pricing and variations for new business on existing contracts.
• Prepare approval memos for CEO, CFO & Finance Head.
• Develop business cases and CAPEX requests.
• Implement Profit Improvement Plans and monitor delivery.
• Review contracts and manage rate escalations.
• Evaluate site performance to optimize profitability.
• Prepare and present annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Ensure financial governance and processes across billing, cash, labour, stock and assets.
• Support month-end processes.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and financial risk.
• Support national commercial projects and standardisation/continuous improvement.
• Assist with debtor collection.
• Ensure compliance with national controls and contract requirements.
• Drive changes in site financial processes and foster positive culture.
• Provide analytical support with data gathering and recommendations.
• Support growth and development of site managers with financial coaching.
• Periodical site visits.
• Contract compliance reviews and analysis.
• Assist with month-end accounts preparation and reporting.
• Improve reporting processes and monthly management reports.
