Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is recruiting for a senior financial controller role in Sydney, Australia, reporting to the Financial Controller and working with Fund Managers, Property Development and JV partners. You will manage JV fund reporting and ensure strong governance around unit pricing, distributions and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years' experience in property funds, including reporting, accounting controls and treasury.
• Experience with investor reporting, unit pricing, distributions and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and controls for a JV fund ($2bn+)
• Oversee financial reporting, unit pricing, distributions, investor reporting and performance reporting
• Manage end-to-end audit process with external auditors
• Support the Tax Manager with BAS, distribution reviews, tax returns and analysis
• Partner with funds management, property development teams and JV partner
• Collaborate with group treasury to ensure cashflow management
