Job summary

Employer Sponsored Jobs in Sydney seeks a Senior Finance Manager to take broad oversight of financial control for a funds platform and manage day-to-day fund operations in a hybrid Sydney setting. You will lead NAV, cashflow and financing reporting, coordinate with outsourced administration, property accounting and tax providers, and act as the liaison to auditors, bankers and investment partners.

Candidates with CA/CPA status and funds or property sector background will be preferred;

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified professional required.
• Funds or property sector background preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Hold financial control for the funds platform.
• Manage daily fund operations.
• Oversee outsourced providers in fund administration, property accounting and tax, and review what they deliver.
• Lead financial reporting, including NAV, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements.
• Provide assistance on compliance matters and liaise with auditors, bankers and investment partners.
