Job summary

Quantium, a global data science leader, seeks an Executive Manager for Group Reporting & FP&A in Sydney. Lead the group’s reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance while steering budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across multiple geographies.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive transformation through automation and improved controls. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration is available.

Qualifications

• CA / CPA / CIMA qualified with 10+ years post-qualification experience in broad reporting (group, financial and management), FP&A, and finance transformation.
• Experience operating within a complex global organisation with senior stakeholder exposure.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance for the Quantium Group globally.
• Lead monthly CFO reporting, financial review packs and board-level materials.
• Drive FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
