Lendlease in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our Group FP&A team on a 15‑month fixed‑term parental leave cover.

Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, you will own fast-paced monthly reporting, the Annual Business Plan, 5-year forecasts, and board‑level reporting, while partnering with senior stakeholders across the Group. You’ll lead and mentor FP&A staff, shaping insights that influence executive decisions.

• Drive delivery of the annual Group Operational Plan, including 5-year financial forecasts and Board level reporting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver year‑end external market reporting and support analyst engagement.
• Review Group Treasury forecasts and credit metrics, applying strong capital management expertise.
• Contribute to ongoing Finance Transformation and systems initiatives.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the Group and provide guidance and coaching to FP&A team members.

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team on a 15-month fixed term contract covering a period of parental leave based in Sydney. This is a highly visible opportunity to step into a pivotal Group level role, make an immediate impact, and work closely with senior leaders during a critical period for the business.

Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A and partnering with another Senior Finance Manager, you will take ownership of a fast‑paced reporting function that underpins executive decision‑making and drives performance across the Group.

This role offers variety, influence, and challenge, spanning monthly Group reporting, the Annual Business Plan and biannual external market reporting that respond to evolving organisational priorities. Your work will be seen, valued, and relied upon.

What You’ll Be Doing

About You

• CA or CPA qualified, with ideally 8+ years’ post‑qualification experience in Management Reporting and/or FP&A.
• Proven experience as a Senior Finance Manager, or a high‑performing Finance Manager ready to step up.
• Exposure to capital management or experience within one of Lendlease’s operating segments will be highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and data visualisation skills, with the ability to distil complexity into clear, actionable insights.
• Advanced capability across financial systems (Oracle Fusion, TM1) and Excel.
• A hands‑on, delivery‑focused mindset, with the confidence to operate at pace and influence senior stakeholders.
