Job summary

Zurich Cover-More in Australia seeks a Commercial Finance Partner to explain the numbers and provide actionable insights across ANZ.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, deliver monthly performance reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic investments. Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• 8+ years’ experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Cost Management.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience.
• Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Business Performance, you will be the trusted advisor who explains the "story behind the numbers" and provides actionable insights to support business performance across the ANZ region.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

You are a commercially focused finance professional who combines strong analytical capability with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

• CA or CPA qualification
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field
• 8+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Cost Management
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience driving process improvements, automation and reporting enhancements
• Exposure to complex, global or matrixed environments
• Confidence influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders
• The ability to simplify complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
