Job summary

Arbex is seeking a commercially savvy analytics specialist to support TPM systems and deliver Power BI dashboards across Family Care and Professional in ANZ. You will partner with Sales, Finance and Demand Planning to translate business questions into actionable insights and maintain data integrity in reporting governance.

The role offers a hybrid work model with opportunities to influence trade spend, pricing and margins while driving analytics to enable smarter business decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Commerce/Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience in commercial systems, analytics or related field.
• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving capability.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support TPM systems for Family Care and Professional in ANZ.
• Act as TPM SME: user support, governance, training and improvements.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting for commercial decisions.
• Deliver analysis on trade spend effectiveness, ROI, pricing, margin and sales performance.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Category and Demand Planning to translate questions into insights.
• Support data integrity, governance and process improvements in planning and performance.
