Australian Ethical Investment Ltd is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst – Business Performance to join the team on a 12-month maximum-term contract. You will deliver clear analysis, management reporting and commercial insights to guide forecasting, budgeting and performance outcomes.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, applying financial modelling and robust reporting to influence strategic decisions and external reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA) with 7+ years in financial services.
• Experience in management accounting and performance reporting.
• Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Board and management reporting quality and insights.
• Support monthly profit forecast and annual budget cycles.
• Contribute to external reporting including ASX announcements.
• Generate data-driven insights on opportunities, risks and trends.
• Provide sensitivity analysis, projections and ROI modelling.
• Collaborate with the business to reflect performance trends in forecasts.
• Support strategy metrics and progress reporting across the business.
• Offer decision support on cost-benefit analysis and commercial impacts.
