ISS Global in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Finance Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to strengthen financial performance across a diverse ANZ portfolio. You will partner with operations and client stakeholders to deliver accurate insights, support month-end processes, and drive continuous improvement in financial administration.

Formación

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in facilities management, services, or operationally complex environments.
• CA/CPA qualification or working towards.
• Experience presenting financial information to varied audiences.
• Experience with Navision or Tririga.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular P&L analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with operational teams to drive commercial performance and embed financial discipline.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools to support contract managers in achieving financial targets.
• Participate in contract optimisation reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support month-end processes, journals, accruals, and prepayments.
• Prepare client invoicing and balance sheet reconciliations, and monitor spend.
