Forever New is seeking a Field Visual Merchandising Manager to lead VM across our store portfolio in Australia. You will translate seasonal direction, coach Store Managers and retail teams, and ensure exceptional presentation across standalone, concession and outlet stores.

Qualifications

• Strong visual merchandising experience in fast-paced fashion retail.
• Commercial mindset: drives customer engagement and sales.
• Confident coach for Store Managers and retail teams.
• Organised, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities across stores.

Responsibilities

• Deliver visual merchandising direction across a portfolio of stores and execute briefs.
• Style mannequins and display areas to showcase seasonal collections.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams in VM principles.
• Ensure VM standards across standalone, concession, and outlet stores.
• Make commercially informed merchandising decisions that maximise sales while maintaining brand integrity.
• Support new store openings, refits and store layout improvements with Retail Leaders.
• Communicate store requirements for fixtures, props, signage and assets.
• Complete store visits, provide feedback and reporting to continuously improve presentation.
• Lead and develop Field Visual Merchandisers where applicable.
