Job summary

JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Senior In-Store Visual Merchandiser to lead all in-store visuals and inspire customers with captivating displays. You will collaborate with the VM and Management team to uphold brand standards and train junior staff.

Join a fast-moving, fashion-forward retailer with opportunities to develop across Retail and Support Office. This role operates Monday–Friday with a focus on delivering world-class presentations and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a high turnover, large format fashion retailer.
• Tertiary Qualifications in Visual Merchandising (Cert IV / Diploma) is favourable.
• You love fashion and have a strong knowledge of our brands.
• You have a customer-first mindset and are passionate about creating a great customer shopping experience.
• You demonstrate critical thinking and commerciality to drive sales results.
• You have excellent time management skills, including prioritisation and delegation.
• You are confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• You adapt positively to change as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Creating exceptional customer experiences through inspiring visual merchandising.
• Planning and executing in-store concepts including campaigns, windows, and mannequins.
• Initiating and implementing innovative VM & creative solutions to support store functions.
• Organising and executing the setup for all promotional events/ installations.
• Supporting Store Manager to plan and manage multiple priorities in-store.
