Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking an experienced Flagship Visual Merchandise Specialist to lead VM across our Flagship network, including Bourke Street, Chadstone, George Street and future flagship locations. You will translate creative direction into clear execution and partner with VM, Marketing and Creative teams to drive store experiences.

You will influence multiple teams, coach VM standards, and ensure campaigns, activations and always-on experiences elevate customer engagement and category

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising within large-format retail environments, preferably flagship or premium retail.
• Strong experience delivering campaigns, activations, installations, and experiential initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple teams and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead VM excellence across MECCA's Flagship network, ensuring campaigns and launches deliver compelling retail storytelling and exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Support Centre VM, Retail Leadership, Store Managers and cross-functional teams to translate creative direction into execution priorities.
• Coach and build capability within Flagship VM teams, driving VM standards and experiential execution without direct people leadership.
