Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician based in the Sydney metro area. You will install, repair and maintain fibre and HFC networks, delivering high-quality service to homes and businesses while collaborating with service and network teams.

The role requires autonomous problem-solving, customer-focused service, and willingness to participate in a rotating night shift roster in a dynamic Field Services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across HFC network, inside and outside plant activities.
• ACMA licence required or preferred with related certificates.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain fibre and HFC network components.
• Deliver end-to-end service to homes and businesses across Sydney.
• Collaborate with Service and Network Operations teams.
• Travel to various Sydney metropolitan locations as required.
