Job summary

nbn® Australia is seeking a Senior Field Technician to work in the Dubbo area, delivering end-to-end service from installation to repair. You will be the backbone keeping Australia connected, serving homes and businesses with high-quality customer service and technical excellence.

You’ll operate autonomously within a collaborative team, with opportunities for coaching, mentorship and career progression while meeting tight deadlines and travel as required.

Qualifications

• ACMA licence and Certificate III or IV qualification required or advantageous
• Experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs
• Full working rights in Australia

Responsibilities

• Install to repair and maintenance across the network
• Deliver end-to-end service to homes and businesses
