Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician to work across homes and businesses, delivering end-to-end field service from installation to repair. You will utilise your copper and fibre network experience to ensure high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction while collaborating with a supportive team.

Ideal candidates are autonomous self-starters with an ACMA license (cert 3 or 4 preferred), strong problem-solving and a passion for reliable connectivity across Australia.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance, fault finding and installs.
• ACMA license, preferably with a cert 3 or cert 4 in telecommunications.
• Autonomous, motivated self-starter with strong customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end field service across homes and businesses.
• Install, repair and maintain networks.
• Provide timely, high-quality customer service and support.
