Job summary

Power Protect in Penrith, New South Wales is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and installation services across critical power systems, including UPS, DC battery, and generators. You will work with clients and the team to provide expert service, on-site support, and problem-solving to ensure reliable power infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BS in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Transportation and Logistics products.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, repair, and installation of UPS and DC battery systems.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot electrical control circuits.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support and training.
• Prepare service reports and coordinate with global support.
• Attend manufacturer training to maintain competency.
• Ensure safe work practices and safety compliance.
