Job summary

VIDA Health is seeking a qualified professional to drive planning, design, and delivery of high-quality healthcare environments across Victoria. You will provide expert advice on FF&E, health facility planning, and design assurance working with health services, clinicians, project teams and stakeholders.

You will evaluate proposals against industry standards, develop guidance, tools, and review processes to support best-practice outcomes while enabling safe, functional, and contemporary

Qualifications

• Experience managing FF&E across healthcare projects.
• Ability to review health facility designs and provide evidence-based advice.
• Strong partnership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert design assurance by evaluating health facility proposals against industry standards, guidelines, and policy requirements to support safe, functional, and effective healthcare environments.
• Lead FF&E planning and design guidance to support high-quality, future-focused healthcare infrastructure.
• Developing and enhancing design guidance, tools, and review processes that support best-practice healthcare infrastructure outcomes.
