Job summary

VIDA Health, part of the Victorian Health Building Authority, seeks a Senior Advisor, Design Logistics in Melbourne to guide logistics planning and design assurance for major health infrastructure projects.

You will review facility planning for operational requirements, advise on supply chains, movement, storage and waste, and work with health services and consultants to translate needs into design guidance and robust review processes.

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge of health facility logistics and operational planning.
• Ability to review health facility plans or designs for logistics risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement to influence outcomes across health services, consultants and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice on health facility logistics, operational flows and support services.
• Review planning/design docs to identify operational, logistics and interface risks and provide practical improvements.
• Collaborate with health services, project teams and consultants to reflect operational requirements in planning.
• Contribute to design guidance, tools and processes capturing evidence and best practices.
