Job summary

Berry Street is seeking an experienced Family Violence Training & Implementation Specialist to strengthen workforce capability across Victoria. This hybrid WFH role involves designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs, and leading implementation of family violence frameworks for practitioners and organisations.

Based in Preston on Wurrundjeri Country, you will travel regularly to metro and regional locations, report to the Senior Manager, and shape policy and practice

Qualifications

• Significant experience in family violence sector and workforce development.
• Knowledge of Victorian family violence reforms and MARAM.
• Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs.
• Strong implementation and change management capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging family violence training for practitioners and organisations.
• Provide expert advice on frameworks, legislation and implementation approaches including MARAM.
• Support practitioners to strengthen practice and embed evidence-based approaches.
• Coach facilitators and build capability for consistency across programs.
• Partner with sector stakeholders to drive collaboration and practice improvement.
• Contribute to projects and service innovations that improve outcomes for victims and communities.
