Job summary

Court Services Victoria is seeking an experienced family violence professional to shape the Specialist Family Violence Court model across Victoria, enhancing practice standards and service delivery. You will collaborate with courts, practitioners and lived experience advisors to deliver safe, accountable outcomes.

You will lead improvement projects, maintain clear communications, and work with the General Manager to drive ongoing improvements in statewide practitioner workforce quality.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as social work or law.
• Experience working in the family violence context.
• Expertise in project management and change management approaches.

Responsibilities

• Shape and strengthen Victoria's Specialist Family Violence Court model across a statewide service.
• Drive practice standards, operational frameworks, and tools to improve safety, accountability and access to justice.
• Engage with courts, practitioners, community organisations and lived experience advisors to deliver consistent, high-quality service delivery.
