About Us

Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

The role has a strong focus on the maintenance, development and continuous improvement of the Specialist Family Violence Court model, practice standards, operating frameworks, systems, tools and clear, effective communications.

Active consultation and engagement with a broad range of stakeholders, including practitioners, courts, partner agencies and lived experience advisors, is key to strengthening safety, accountability and outcomes for court users.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced family violence professional who enjoys influencing practice, leading improvement projects and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to deliver meaningful change.

  • Understanding of the nature and dynamics of family violence; Specialist Family Violence Court processes and family violence community resources and services.
  • Expertise in the principles and practices of project management, and effective change management approaches.
