Job summary

Berry Street is seeking an experienced Family Violence Training & Implementation Specialist in Preston, Victoria, to lead training delivery, implementation and continuous improvement across the sector. You will work with practitioners, sector partners and external stakeholders to ensure programs reflect contemporary evidence and Victorian reforms.

This role combines facilitation, practice leadership, policy implementation and stakeholder engagement, offering an opportunity to influence

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to coach practitioners.
• Knowledge of Victorian family violence reforms, including MARAM, and related legislation.
• Experience in policy implementation and service improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, delivery and continuous improvement of family violence training and implementation initiatives.
• Work with practitioners, sector partners and external stakeholders to reflect contemporary evidence and reforms.
• Provide expert advice on family violence frameworks, legislation and implementation approaches, including MARAM.
• Coach and mentor facilitators and practitioners to build confidence and consistency.
• Partner with sector stakeholders to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to projects and policy initiatives that improve outcomes for victim survivors and communities.
