Job summary

Quantum Support Services is seeking an Advanced Family Violence Practice Leader to oversee risk assessment, management and perpetrator interventions across the Gippsland region. The role focuses on building specialist skills within the Orange Door workforce and leading a dedicated family violence team.

You will provide expert intake and assessment support for children’s safety and wellbeing, delivering services that are culturally safe and responsive in a collaborative multi-agency environment.

• Expert knowledge and experience in leading family violence services.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change within multi-agency settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide practice leadership on risk assessment, risk management and planning for family violence cases and perpetrator interventions.
• Build specialist knowledge across the Orange Door workforce in line with service model and practice framework.
• Lead, mentor and develop a specialist family violence team.
• Deliver culturally safe and responsive services in a multi-agency practice.
