Job summary

Quantum Support Services is seeking an Advanced Family Violence Practice Leader to provide leadership on risk assessment, management and planning for family violence cases and perpetrator interventions. Based in Sale or Bairnsdale, you’ll build specialist knowledge across the Orange Door workforce and lead a dedicated team.

You will work within a multi-agency framework to deliver culturally safe, evidence-based services, guiding intake and assessment for children’s safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge and experience in specialist family violence leadership roles.
• Ability to drive cultural change through collaboration.
• Experience with stakeholder partnerships and professional relationship building.
• Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence; Working With Children Check; Police Check.
• Bachelor in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Family Therapy or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the family violence team.

• Responsible for providing practice leadership on risk assessment, risk management and planning for family violence cases and perpetrator interventions.
• Proactively build specialist evidence-based family violence knowledge and capability across the Orange Door workforce in line with the Orange Door Service Model and Integrated Practice Framework.
• Lead, mentor and develop your specialist family violence team.
• Provide specialist family violence expertise to the process of intake and assessment of responses to children's safety and wellbeing.
• Deliver effective, culturally safe and responsive services in a multi-agency practice.
