Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Dubbo, NSW is seeking a Facilities/Property Manager to coordinate operation, maintenance and compliance of a rural and agricultural property portfolio supporting the Inland Rail project.

This autonomous role involves building strong relationships with tenants, client stakeholders and local communities, conducting quarterly inspections and managing contractors to ensure safety and performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Facilities Management, Property Management or Building Operations, ideally within rural, agricultural or regional environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and key stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, with experience preparing reports and documentation.

The Opportunity
