Job summary

CareCone Group is seeking a skilled F5 SME to own the design, deployment, and optimization of F5 Application Delivery and Security services in a Sydney-based environment. You will drive platform lifecycle activities, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance, while leading complex deployments, changes, and incident response for critical applications.

The role emphasizes security governance, detailed runbooks, and collaboration across teams to deliver reliable, high-availability services

Qualifications

• Act as the primary F5 SME supporting customer infrastructure.
• Design, implement, configure and maintain F5 ADS services.
• Manage platform upgrades, migrations and refresh initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support for complex F5 incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve app delivery and load-balancing issues.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and docs.
• Lead implementation activities across projects and changes.
• Ensure security controls align with standards and audits.
