You will act as the primary F5 SME, leading deployments, upgrades, and security initiatives, while collaborating with architects, security teams, and application owners to ensure secure, scalable delivery. A strong background in BIG-IP, WAF, and SSL offload is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in network security or infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years designing and supporting F5 platforms.
• Strong knowledge of BIG-IP LTM, DNS/GTM, ASM.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary F5 SME supporting enterprise F5 infrastructure environments.
• Design, configure, and maintain F5 application delivery and security platforms.
• Lead platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, migrations, patching, and technology refresh.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, reliability, and operational stability.
• Perform capacity planning, optimisation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex application delivery and load balancing incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical platform, networking, and security-related issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Participate in major incident management and service restoration activities.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and technical governance processes.
