Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in external audit, ideally in a Big 4 environment
• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting/commerce or a related field
• CA qualification, or equivalent
• Experience leading engagements as a senior-in-charge
• Strong capability across complex or higher-risk audit areas
• Advanced understanding of audit methodology and regulatory standards
• Proven ability to coach, support, and develop junior team members
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and project management capability

Responsibilities

• As a senior-in-charge on audit engagements, you'll lead key and complex audit areas from planning through to completion
• Coordinate workflows, review work, manage risks and ensure quality outcomes
• Lead discussions with clients and build trusted relationships
• Coach and develop junior team members across engagements
• Collaborate with Deloitte specialists to deliver audits across industries
