Evolution Mining is seeking an experienced exploration geologist to lead the identification, evaluation and progression of gold and copper opportunities across Australia and North America. You will partner with discovery and corporate development teams, focusing on new opportunities and building Evolution’s future discovery pipeline.

You will join a bold team at a time of strong exploration momentum, with significant investment and a flexible base in Sydney or Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Accomplished exploration geologist with a passion for discovery.
• Strong foundation to move concepts from targeting to drilling and execution.
• Curious and commercially minded with ability to build relationships and networks.
• Able to influence stakeholders and gain support for quality opportunities.
• Experience in identifying, evaluating and progressing new exploration opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape Evolution’s next generation of discoveries across Australia and North America.
• Identify, assess and progress gold and copper opportunities.
• Focus on opportunity identification, project evaluation and building a future discovery pipeline.
