The Department of Corrections NT – Darwin is seeking a visionary Assistant Commissioner, Community Corrections, to provide strategic leadership across offender management, rehabilitation and reintegration. You will guide programs, policies and practices to reduce re-offending and enhance community safety across the Territory.

Based in Darwin, you will set the strategic direction, strengthen integrated offender management, and ensure services evolve to meet current and future needs.

Qualifikationen

• Proven executive leadership experience at senior government level.
• Strong ability to set strategic direction and lead complex operations and organisational change.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across government and NGOs.

Aufgaben

• Lead Community Corrections across the Northern Territory.
• Set strategic and tactical direction and drive reform in offender management and rehabilitation.
• Provide high-level strategic and policy advice to senior executives and Ministers.
• Represent the Department on national and intergovernmental forums.
