Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced NV1 Exchange Support Engineer to deliver secure, reliable operational support for the Client’s Microsoft Exchange and messaging environment.

You will maintain Exchange services, resolve complex incidents, implement changes, and support availability, performance and security across critical communications platforms. Collaboration with IT teams and knowledge sharing will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing L2/L3 support for Exchange environments.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for administration and automation.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot complex Exchange issues.
• Administer Exchange Online, mailboxes, groups, rules and retention policies.
• Support Exchange migrations and hybrid environments.
• Use PowerShell for administration and automation.
• Monitor mail flow, service health and availability.
• Collaborate with AD, Entra ID, network and security teams.
